Our previous office had served us very well but we felt it was time for a change. We had achived so much in our previous office but is was time for a new chapter.
Our new office is located on the ground floor at 18 Scotch Street.
At Platinum Recruitment we have seen first hand the adverse impact Covid has had on the community throughout NI.
Earlier this year we met the furlough costs for a high proportion of our temporary workforce while continuing to meet the demands of our clients and candidates through the pandemic.
As a leading provider of key workers to the NHS and councils province-wide, closing was never an option. We adapted to working remotely and got to grips with Zoom, ensuring our clients continued to receive a responsive and professional service.
It was not always easy juggling workload with home schooling, bored teenagers and mad dogs, but we got there.
As ‘people people’ one of the biggest challenges was not being able to meet candidates in person.
Technology and telephone/Zoom interviews have been great but they are no substitute for that face to face interview which forges a relationship built on our core values, honesty integrity and trust.
In short we miss you and we look forward to welcoming you back to our new office in Downpatrick when safe to do so and restrictions allow.
We secured new self-contained premises so that we could make our place of work as safe from Covid as possible and to offer improved access for those candidates with mobility issues and disabilities.
The Scotch Street offices are in easy reach of free car parking and public transport, and provide more discretion for those wishing to move from an existing job.
We feel privileged and honoured to have been in a position to support the local community and economy through this, the toughest of times, and we intend to continue providing a first class recruitment service to candidates and clients alike long in to the future.
