Yvonne – Recruitment Consultant Temporary Division
Yvonne joined Platinum Recruitment early 2018 after 11 years in Australia working as a Relocations Consultant, prior to her move to Australia she worked in HR for 5 years. Yvonne holds a BA (Hons) Business Administration degree and has her Certificate in Recruitment Practice. She is skilled in temporary recruitment in both the public and private sector, she loves helping candidates reach their full potential and assisting clients in growing their businesses. In her spare time she loves quality family time and shopping!
Rhona – Senior Recruitment Consultant Temporary Division
Rhona works as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within our temporary public sector division. Rhona graduated with a Bachelors of Education. CertRP qualified and having achieved Associate CIPD Level 5 in HRM, Rhona joined Platinum Recruitment NI Ltd in 2010 and has over 9 years’ experience of working within the Recruitment Industry. Rhona deals with a diverse range of temporary placements from Administration/Clerical, Industrial, Leisure, Driving. Rhona has a clear understanding of recruitment process and current markets and she is committed to ensuring that client and candidates receive a reliable, efficient service. In her time away from work Rhona enjoys spending time with her family, exercising and the occasional glass of wine.
Lee – Recruitment Consultant Permanent Division
Lee’s career in recruitment spans three decades. Lee has been with Platinum Recruitment since 2016 and provides a professional and considered permanent staffing solution to the Private sector. Her objective is to find candidates their dream job and to place the perfect applicant with her clients. A perfect day for Lee is a long beach walk with her husband and two mad dogs, followed by an even longer Pub lunch
Deirdre – Director
Deirdre opened Platinum Recruitment in 2006 and brings almost 20 years’ experience of both local and international recruitment. Within Platinum she takes a hands-on role in leading the business. Deirdre is driven by the satisfaction she receives from the Platinum team in their consistent enthusiastic and proactive approach to their work. She is a firm believer that a happy work team leads to successful working relationships with each other, clients and candidates alike. Outside of work Deirdre has a very busy family life and enjoys supporting her four kids in their numerous sporting activities as well as spending some time in the gym herself.
