£8.60 per hour



Reference- 3107 Full-time 37.5 hrs for a period of 6 months initially (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with availability for the occasional Saturday on reception)

Reference- 3105 Full-time 37.5 hrs for a period of 6 months initially (Monday to Friday 8am – 10pm shift pattern Rota 7/7)

Reference- 3106 Part-time 20 hrs for 6 months (Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm shift pattern Rota 7/7)

Job role:

Ensure all information held both manually and electronically is recorded accurately, held securely and kept up to date.
Use Microsoft Office packages as required to fulfil the duties of the post.
Carry out the full range of outpatient/ward clerk/ reception duties, to include meeting and greeting of patients and all associated computer work.
Arrange appointments, which will include telephoning as required, issuing appointment letters and all administrative processes involved in the making and follow up of appointments, including booking of interpreters.
Store, retrieve and prepare records for clients attendances and admissions and other admin activities.

Qualifications and experience needed

  • 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification or 1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft office products including Word and Excel or equivalent
