Job Summary
To assist the Senior HR Officer in providing a high quality HR service to company, staff and customers.
Responsibilities
To provide professional advice to managers/ staff or client groups and throughout the organisation on all aspects related to recruitment and evaluation process.
To provide assistance to the Senior Human Resources officer in the completion of their duties.
To ensure that the appropriate procedures in respect of recruitment activity are implemented in an accurate and timely manner.
Receive and resolve first level queries regarding retained recruitment / job evaluation issues
Essential Criteria
Education and qualifications
2 x A Levels OR equivalent OR higher qualification and 18 months relevant experience to include at least one year in Human Resources environment.
OR
Have a minimum of three years relevant experience to include one year relevant experience to include one years experience in Human Resources environment.
Be computer literate and have a minimum of one years work based experience Microsoft office to include word and excel.
Skills/ Abilities
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively to meet the needs of the post.
Demonstrate an ability to prioritise work.
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience in a recruitment related environment.
