Band 4- Clerical Officer Ballymena
Duration: 6 months initially
Rate: £12.86 p/h
Hours: 37 hpw
Responsibilities
– Responsible for the organisation and provision of administrative duties for the company including organising and maintaining diaries, arrange appointments etc.
– Provide line management to administrative staff within company. Promote a culture of learning and development.
-Arrange and service meetings including the preparation and timely issue of agendas and papers.
– Responsible for initiating and follow up action arising from various meetings within the company.
-Prioritise and take appropriate action in relation to emails, telephone and other enquiries ensuring effective messaging and systems are in place.
– Assist with research, collation and presentation of information and reports within the company.
– Regularly review current company procedures.
Essential Criteria
Qualifications: A HND/HNC in business and finance plus 2 years office administration and ICT experience plus English Language and Maths GCSE grade A-C
In addition to the above applicants must possess
At least 1 years experience in minute taking
AND at least 6 months experience of managing staff
OTHER
Hold a current full driving license which is valid for use in the uk and have access to a car.

-Proven ability to work under pressure
Knowledge
– Knowledge of the policies and procedures relating to the company
– Knowledge of records management
