Job Title : Band 3 Admin
Location : Belfast
Duration : At least one month with possibility of extension for up to 3-4months if necessaryRate :
Hours : 22.5 hpw
Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Main duties include – Reception duties, meeting and greeting clients, dealing with phone calls to the service appropriately. General typing duties, typing appointment letters, booking appointments, ensuring waiting lists are up to date at all times, arranging Teams meetings, data input and updating client information system.
-At least one years experience in an administration role.
-5 GCSEs or equivalent.
