You will be working for an established commercial waste management company with a proven track record in delivering sustainable and efficient waste management solutions to companies throughout the province.
Locally based in the Carryduff area you will work with a small team to deliver a high level of customer service to commercial clients, from SMEs to large corporates and the public sector
The role will involve taking a high volume of customer calls. Speaking with the team that delivers the service including drivers and refuse operators. Ensuring service is delivered to deadlines and within agreed service measures and performance levels expected. It is fast paced sometimes challenging but will also provide a lively environment and a great team spirit.
You will have worked in a similar office environment before and possess good organisational and people skills. You will be able to multi task answering the phone whilst ensuring administration is kept to a high standard assisting the team to be efficient and effective. Part of the role requires a methodical and orderly approach to work uploading client details and documents unto various portals. Educated to GCSE level with one years experience or possess 5 years plus experience in an office administrator capacity. The position is 9-5 Monday to Friday.
