Admin Assistant- Communities Lisburn
Duration: 1 year
Rate: £12.86 p/h
Hours: 37.5 hpw
As a member of the Community Development & Resources Team the post holder will be required to:
- Provide and develop a high quality administrative service across the Community Support and Facilities & Resources teams.
- Ensure the efficient and effective day to day operations of the administrative office and support the work of staff across the team.
- Contribute to the development of processes and systems to ensure continuous service improvement.
Essential Criteria
It is essential that applicants have a minimum of:
QUALIFICATIONS
- – Five GCSE passes at grade A-C, NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
- – Two years’ relevant experience in both of the following areas of responsibility;
- Administration
- Operating and maintaining a computerised Information System
Where applicants do not hold the qualifications as outlined in 1.1, they must demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience as outlined in 1.2.
- A working knowledge of computerised booking and financial systems.
- Experience and knowledge of using Financial Systems.
- Experience and knowledge of using Computerised Legend Booking System.
- Experience of working with Voluntary and Community groups and the general public.
